Nike LAB ST18, Milan

This was a fun and unique project in historic Milan. This location was previously a bank for many years, and the team played on the existing vaults and lockboxes that were in the basement for an exclusive event space.

The main floor of retail garnered a lot of attention to details and finishes. The floors were a locally, recycled wood from a church with a subtle pattern of a Nike running athlete burned into it before it was stained and sealed. The pattern was 3D printed and displayed in the fitting rooms with a description.

The footwear display and seating for the store and basement was a collaboration with furniture designer, Martino Gamper, who you see in the blue shirt checking out the installation.
