For the past decade, I’ve gained experience as a project manager and marketer in a wide variety of industries - from a Fortune 500 retailer to green energy capital equipment to premium wines. I’ve been able to manage and contribute to a wide variety of initiatives and operations, all of which have given me the opportunity to learn and contribute. These experiences have also led to my deeper understanding of business needs and drive to achieve their objectives.

I take pride in continually learning - keeping a pulse on not only the industry I work in, but any industry that is pushing the boundaries.

While I continually learn on my own, I also focus my energy on team development. Over the years I have honed my ability to lead and direct multiple-discipline teams, foster collaboration and to not shy away from difficult conversations to move projects forward.

Anonymous peer, direct report and senior leadership feedback:

“Leadership, organization, calm under pressure, dealing with strong personalities, upbeat and good influence on the group. Communicates very effectively to all levels within the organization.”

“Strong organizational skills, strong communication skills and updates the entire team when necessary - all informed and inclusive leadership style. Uses humor effectively to defuse any meeting tension!”

“She's someone that the company should invest in as a leader on our team and someone who can continue to grow and take on a leadership role in the company at large”

More behind the face.
