Global Seasonal Initiatives Directives

For several years, I project managed the team that created the Global Seasonal Initiatives Directives. The small but mighty team of a few designers plus myself as a project manager, would take the Globally directed Nike apparel and footwear campaigns then translate these into detailed and considered directives for the unique conditions that geographies would need to execute these around the globe.

In partnership with the Design Director, we worked independently and with vendors and agencies to research materials, substrates, and the sustainability of the in-store and window displays.

We performed remote audits of competitor displays in major cities via agencies and also traveled different markets to see company and competitor stores, seeking out the latest in innovate displays and materials with sustainability in mind.
