Nike Basketball + Jordan “Hoop Dreams”, Beijing

I project managed the development of this retail concept, Nike’s first in history concept store that brought Nike Basketball and Jordan together, in the basketball enthusiastic city of Beijing.

Nike Basketball and Jordan are separate businesses, as such, there was a great deal of cross functional collaboration that I was able to help forge and foster.

Once the retail concept reached half way of development, we were directed to transition to building the pilot store in Beijing, an existing Nike store that would be remodeled. In partnership with our Greater China team and vendors, the retail match up came together with great attention to detail.

As part of the Concept team, I project managed the development of the Concept, the build of the pilot store, and once open - a through documentation of specifications in a Playbook to be used by other teams and geographies.
